No. Credits stay on your account as long as your account is active.

How do I see my balance?

Use the Check Balance form above, or log into your customer portal for full account access.

Can I use credits and a promo code together?

Yes! Credits stack with promo codes. Only one promo code per invoice, but credits can always be applied on top.

How do referrals work?

Share your referral link with a friend. When they book and complete their first service, you receive 5,000 credits ($50) automatically. They get 10% off their first invoice as a welcome bonus.

What if I have multiple properties?

All properties under your customer account share the same loyalty balance. Spend at one, earn for all.

Can I transfer or sell my credits?

Credits are tied to your account and can't be transferred.
